About the Department
The Community Development Department strives to carry-out its responsibilities based on the health, welfare and safety of those who live, work and visit Bradley. The Department is dedicated to providing the best possible public service with integrity, fairness, and compassion. Our philosophy of teamwork and collaboration is championed by our shared values of accountability, respect, professionalism, responsiveness, quality of work, positive attitude, and commitment.
The Department oversees the building, planning & zoning, code enforcement, and economic development functions of the Village. The Department consists of four distinct divisions working together to provide information, services and education to our residents, business owners, developers, contractors and others.
