Household Pre-Paid Card Rebate

The Village of Bradley Household Pre-paid Cards will have a tiered structure based on residency in 2022. You must be a current resident to qualify. The tiers are: $30 (1-90 days), $60 (91-180 days), $90 (181-270 days), and $120 (greater than 271 days). Household Pre-paid Cards are limited to one (1) per household. In order to determine if you qualify for a Pre-paid Card, please complete an application, and attach a copy of your proof of residency
